Coach for Emotional Recovery After Narcissistic Abuse |
Helping you build confidence, set boundaries, and move forward — faster than therapy

Hi! I’m Chris Campbell—a coach who believes that even the heaviest topics deserve a sprinkle of playfulness. Life’s too precious to be all seriousness, after all. But when it comes to recovering from toxic relationships and building a life that actually feels good, I know just how important it is to bring warmth, courage, and honesty to the table.

I’ve navigated a few emotional rollercoasters myself—some days felt like a gentle wave, others like a full-blown cyclone. Through it all, I learned that resilience isn’t just about bouncing back—it’s about bouncing forward. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people build self-love, because it’s the foundation for genuine confidence, healthier relationships, and the ability to live more joyfully, even on the hard days.

A Little More About Me

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me at dawn, soaking in the quiet beauty of the morning—rain or shine. I’m a proud mum, a lover of people, and a firm believer that every act of kindness matters.

I believe that everything we say, do, or choose sends out a ripple. Whether we mean to or not, we’re always dropping something into the world—so I try to stay conscious about creating the kind of ripple I’d want to be on the receiving end of. That’s what “be the drop that creates the ripple” means to me: small actions, done with intention, create a ripple—even if unseen in the moment.

You might be wondering why I care so much about helping people recover from narcissistic-type relationships. I’ve lived through two long-term relationships—one marked by overt narcissistic behaviour and another that was more covert but no less harmful. Each taught me lessons about manipulation, gaslighting, blame-shifting, and emotional neglect—experiences that left me feeling worthless and anxious for far too long.

These experiences weren’t just challenging—they were transformational. They gave me the insight, compassion, and determination to help others navigate their own journeys out of emotional chaos and into a life that feels like theirs again.

The Values I Live By

I aim to live by these values every day — and while I sometimes fall short, I always come back to them because they matter to me.

Freedom. Whether it’s the freedom to make your own choices, express yourself, or simply move through life without limits, I fiercely believe in it. Respecting your own boundaries (and those of others) is a big part of this.

Transparency. You’ll always know where you stand with me. Honest, open conversations build trust, and that trust is the backbone of every coaching relationship I have.

Playfulness. Even in the midst of the heavy stuff, there’s always room for a smile. A little humour can make the tough conversations a bit easier to navigate—and, dare I say, more human.

Connection. Family, friendship, community—it’s what makes life meaningful. Real change happens when we feel seen and supported.

Accountability. I hold myself to a high standard. I believe in taking responsibility for my words, my actions, and the impact I have on those around me—and I encourage my clients to do the same.

Eco-Consciousness. I care deeply about living more sustainably. I do my best to make choices that are kinder to the planet—even if I slip up sometimes.

Personal Growth. For me and for my clients, growth is a lifelong adventure—one that’s more rewarding when approached with curiosity rather than dread.

Acceptance. I meet people where they are. No judgment. Just genuine curiosity about who you are and how I can support you.
